Author Catherine Stovall to host pet food and supply drive | Events

SCOTT COUNTY, MO (KFVS) - Catherine Stovall, author of Stolen: Requiem of Humanity, will host a pet food and supply drive to benefit Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary.

The drive will take place on June 23 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Scott City Plaza in front of Bob's Foodliner's. Donators can stop by and meet the author of Stolen, and meet some of Safe Harbor's animals that will benefit from the drive.  There will also be prizes and a drawing to win a copy of Stolen.

Some donations needed are Purina Cat, Dog, Puppy, and Kitten food, any brand of canned cat food, litter boxes, 5 gallon metal buckets, cat bed and toys, dog toys, straw, cleaning supplies, paving stones, benches, chairs, stools, scratching posts, rugs, and bird baths and seeds.
