The Retribution Haunted House will be open Friday, November 1 from 7:00pm-Midnight for a special "Black Out" night. Find your way through the haunted house in complete darkness with only a glow stick to light your way. Tickets are only $13.00 and they will be open rain or shine.
A haunted house by Todd Stone at 1918 Stanford Street in Sikeston will be Friday, Nov. 1 starting at 7 p.m. There will candy for the children.
The City of Cape Girardeau will not be regulating Halloween activities, according to the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Residents are urged to stay-tuned to weather and announcements in the local media and to mind Halloween safety tips.
Burfordville Baptist Church will have the Trunks of Treats event inside beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 31.
Due to impending weather, Trick-or-Treating in Clarkton, MO, will take place between 5 and 8 p.m. on November 1.
Grandin has rescheduled trick-or-treating to Friday, Nov. 1 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Puxico has postponed trick-or-treating until Friday, Nov. 1 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Ellsinore Halloween trick or treat hours have been postponed until Friday, November 1 from 5-8 p.m., according to the City.
According to Portageville City Hall, trick or treating for children 12 and under has been switched from Thursday evening to Friday from 4-8 p.m. due to inclement weather predictions.
Trick-or-treating has been postponed Thursday until Friday night in the City of Perryville.
According to the Malden Police Department, trick-or-treating times will be Friday, Nov. 1 from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. The parade will be at 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 1.
Halloween will be observed in New Madrid on Friday, November 1, 2013 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. This is due to inclement weather predicted for Thursday, October 31.
Crossroads Church in Jackson will host a Tractor Treat Thursday, Oct. 31 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. There will be games, candy, hayrides, and a scary house. It is free. Crossroads Church is located at 4400 E. Jackson Blvd. Turn on Sappington Drive by Buchheit.
The Cape Girardeau Parks & Recreation Department along with Real Rock 99.3, K103, the River 93.9, Haunted Studios by JJAB Studios and Younghouse Party Central are getting set to kick off the 2013 Haunted Hall of Horror at the A. C. Brase Arena. The frights will begin Friday, Oct. 18 and continue Saturday, Oct. 19, Friday, Oct. 25, Saturday, Oct. 26, Wednesday, Oct. 30 and Thursday, Oct. 31. The Haunted Hall Horror will be open from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Oct. 18, 19, 25 and 26, and from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Oct. 30 and 31. All ages are invited, but kids twelve and under must be accompanied by an adult. This haunted house will take you on a long, dark journey through the nooks and crannies of the A. C. Brase Arena. Visitors should be prepared to see monsters, scary creatures and other chilling sights. The price is the only thing that is not scary at just $7.00 for anyone ages six and up. Children five and under get in free of charge. Visitors can also participate in the Light Fright Night where the is more light, less fright and lots of fun. The Light Fright Night will be Saturday, Oct. 26 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. It will be $3 for children two and up.

Trick or treating in Sedgewickville is postponed until Friday, Nov. 1.
According to the Perry County Sheriff's Office, the sheriff says his office has been inundated with calls about whether Halloween has been postponed or canceled and it's not up to his office to make that call. The Perryville Police Department has, in the past, designated a preferred day/evening for such activities but the bottom line is that it is up to the individual parents and/or homeowners to make that decision, according to Sheriff Gary J. Schaaf. The sheriff recommends signing up for Nixle alerts.
Pastor Randy Conn says First Baptist Church of Morehouse has rescheduled "The Blessing House" for Friday November 1, from 6-8 p.m. "The Blessing House" offers a save place for children, youth and parents celebrating Trick or Treat, with games, treat bags and chili dogs free and open to the public. The Blessing House is located in the FBC Family Life Center on Highway E just north of the Dollar General store in Morehouse, Mo.
The City of Christopher has postponed trick or treating to Friday, Nov. 1 from 6-9 p.m.
The Village of Raleigh has changed trick-or-treat to Friday night, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Cave-in-Rock has postponed trick or treating until Friday, Nov. 1 from 5-7 p.m.
Benton, Illinois has postponed trick-or-treating until Friday, Nov. 1. from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Shawneetown and Ridgway have postponed trick-or-treating until Friday, November 1 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Due to the wet weather, trick-or-treating for Harrisburg and Eldorado have been rescheduled for Friday, November 1 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The communities of Galatia and Carrier Mills have already had trick-or-treating events prior to Oct. 31. Do not call the 911 center asking about trick or treat times.
The village of Wolf Creek in Illinois is postponing trick or treating until Friday, November 1 from 5 to 9 p.m.
Cambria Christian Church in Cambria, Ill. has postponed or Trunk or Treat until Friday, Nov. 1. 5-7 pm
Trunk or Treat at the Anna First Church of the Nazarene in Anna, IL has been cancanceled Thursday, October 31 due to impending weather.
The City of Anna, Ill. has rescheduled their Trick-or-Treating hours will be moved to Friday, Nov. 1 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Sesser, Ill. trick or treating hours have been changed. Due to the pending storms trick or treat and the Ministerial Alliance trunk or treat along with regular trick or treating will be moved to Friday, Nov. 1 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Cutler, Ill. has rescheduled their trick-or-treating for Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The Village of Waltonville, IL has rescheduled their trick-or-treating for Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Massac County Chairman Jason Farmer says due to predicted weather on Thursday ,October 31, Halloween trick or treat hours will be changed to Friday, November 1 between 5-8 p.m.
The Village of Gorham has postponed Halloween until Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Mayor of West Frankfort says the city is changing trick-or-treat days from Thursday to Friday. It will be Friday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The mayor also says residents can leave their porch lights on Friday night for trick-or-treaters.
Due to the predicted weather forecast, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Metropolis have moved trick-or-treating from Thursday, Oct. 31 to Friday, Nov. 1 from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Elm St. Baptist Church in Murphysboro is postponing its annual Trunk or Treat to Friday, Nov. 1. Church members will hand out candy and treats to children from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. as a safe alternative to Halloween. Elm St. Church is on the corner of 19th and Elm. The Haunting at Chittyville School in Herrin is open every weekend in October, plus Wednesday and Thursday Oct. 30 and 31.The haunted school also has the Lair, which is smaller version of the haunted school, and Spooky Town, which is for children or those who are easily scared.
The PinckneyvilleTrick-or-Treat has been postponed until Friday, November 1 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. due to the possibility of inclement weather. Children should not trick-or-treat on Thursday, Oct. 31. The city said this is for homes with porch lights on only. Children should wear reflective clothing and drivers should use caution when driving that evening.
The Carterville Chamber Annual Downtown Pumpkin Path has been rescheduled for Friday, Nov. 1 due to the threat of inclement weather on Halloween night. Registration begins at the First Baptist Church parking lot at 4:30. Costume judging is at 5 p.m. and the downtown parade starts at 5:30. The Downtown Trick or Treat Pumpkin path runs from 6-8 p.m. with music and entertainment by Memory Lane, Rhythm Effects and Arabesque. The City of Carterville has also rescheduled trick or treating to Friday night from 6-9 p.m.
The city of Mounds has postponed trick-or-treating to Friday, Nov. 1 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The Village of Dongola has changed its trick-or-treat time to Friday, Nov. 1 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The Village of Alto Pass will be postponing trick-or-treating to Friday night 5-8 p.m.
People are calling the Industrial Slaughterhouse and Extermination the best haunted house in Western Kentucky, located in Fancy Farm, Ky.The haunted house will be open every weekend in October, the first weekend of November and Thursday, Oct. 31.
