SIKESTON, MO (KFVS)- Julie Heppe of Sikeston, a woman who we've spoken with many times on Heartland News about her battle with breast cancer has lost that battle.

She passed away early Sunday morning at her home after fighting stage four breast cancer.

Many of you knew Julie for her fight, her love for photography or her love of horses.

A visitation is Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Shady Acres Church of Christ in Sikeston.

Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston with the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.

A service will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the church.

Two memorials are set up to remember Julie, one for her daughter Rebecca, the other to benefit the organization, Angel Flights.
