An out of control crowd leads to 13 arrests and a rock thrown through the back window of a Department of Public Safety patrol car in Sikeston.
It all took place in the area of Ruth and Coleman streets early Sunday morning.
Police arrived in the area after calls about some rowdy juveniles. The K-9 officer was on foot patrol, and as he approached a crowd of young people, he heard the rear window of his patrol car shatter.
The crowd around the car then ran off in several directions. Numerous officers then flooded the area in an effort to control the unruly crowds. In the end, police arrested 13 people including eight juveniles.

- 2 – Adults for minor in possession
- 1 – Adult for minor in possession and a warrant arrest
- 1 – Adult for driving while suspended and driving while intoxicated
- 1 – Adult for burglary
