CHAFFEE, MO (KFVS) - Viewer Shawn Nix from Chaffee, Mo. sent us this picture Andrew Nix and former Oklahoma State QB Brandon Weeden.

"Earlier this year my son had the  opportunity to get a picture with former Oklahoma State QB and now first round  draft pick for the Browns, Brandon Weeden," Nix said. "The picture was taken after the  Cowboy victory over the Mizzou Tigers in Columbia this past season. We may live  in Missouri, but we are diehard Cowboy fans!"

American Red Cross asks you to share your favorite memory

American Red Cross asks you to share your favorite memory

(KFVS) - In honor of March being Red Cross Month, the American Red Cross is asking you to share your favorite Red Cross memory.

All month long, they will be looking for special, personal stories of hope. You can tell them what it was like to volunteer or why it's meaningful to you to give when disaster strikes.

The Red Cross says whether you’ve donated in the aftermath of a disaster, given blood, taken a class or received help in an emergency, everyone’s got a story to share – one that could inspire others to make a difference, too.

You can click here to submit your story online.

For more information, you can visit the American Red Cross online at www.redcross.org.
